We like to keep things simple, so we ship all your dishes frozen to keep them fresh & free from chemicals and preservatives.

They are packaged and insulated properly with commercial-grade denim insulation that perfectly regulates the temperature and keeps your dish cool for hours even if it’s left outside. There’s also ice packs in there to keep everything extra cool.

All orders will arrive at your door every Tuesday or Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Our partners will also drop you an email or text 1 hour in advance to let you know that your parcel is arriving.

Currently out of the house? Don’t worry about it! Our planet-friendly insulated box can keep your food safe and chilled for hours! (Until 9:00 PM)
